Orders received are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Orders are not processed, or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Upon shipment of an order, an e-mail with a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address used in placing the order.

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or Fedex. Shipments to Canada are an additional $25.00 per order. Please be advised that Linen Emporium is not responsible for charges relating to customs or duties on orders shipped to Canada.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We can only provide you with an estimated delivery time. Certain conditions may be outside of our control.

Free Shipping is standard on orders over $99.00 (U.S.) delivered to any of the 48 Lower States (some restrictions apply). You will need a physical address to qualify for this offer. Offer cannot be applied to orders being shipped to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or International addresses.
